In South Louisiana, outdoor structures face intense sun, humidity, heavy rain, and shifting soil. We saw too many fences leaning, decks failing early, and shortcuts causing expensive repairs.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate, property management, and residential project oversight, Jarvis brings a strategic foundation to every build. His background in sales, investment properties, and renovation planning allows him to understand both the structural and financial side of construction.
At GRC Outdoor Living, Jarvis leads client communication, project planning, and overall company direction. His focus on transparency, quality standards, and long-term durability ensures every project is built with intention and integrity.

Co-Founder | Project Management
Alan Washington co-founded GRC Outdoor Living alongside Jarvis Burrell, bringing over 5 years of experience in construction and project management.
His background in jobsite leadership, structural framing, and build coordination ensures every project is organized, efficient, and built to last. Alan oversees daily operations, crew management, quality control, and material logistics to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
His attention to detail and commitment to proper installation methods help ensure every fence, deck, and outdoor structure meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.
